AYF&C Concessions Information

AYF&C operates the conessions stand at Aloha HS field every game day.  The concession stand is open every Saturday starting at the first game until after half-time of the final game of the night, usually around 9pm or so.  This takes the dedication of MANY volunteers.  Although every family that has a child participating in the program is required to participate in the concession stand at least one hour for each child, there always additional spots that need to be filled.  If you see the "needs" open spots and would like to volunteer to help fill a time slot, please E-mail Nanci Villanueva and she will sign you up for a shift.  We always have an even greater need for extra volunteer's during Homecoming and the Playoffs.

The 2011 Order Form for Decals is now available.  To order your 2011 car/window decals, click HERE to open the FORM.  The form contains all information about how to submit it with payment so check it out since you only have until August 27th to order.

If you would like to make a donation of either Food or Equipment to the Concessions Stand, please E-mail Nanci Villanueva.  We always look forward to hearing from our families, if you or someone you know would like to donate Buns, Hot Dogs, Burgers, condiments, or any other food item, or equipment to the Concession Stand.  All the profits from the concession stand go back into the program for our kids!

Concession Stand Opt-Out Fees:  Started in 2010, we began offering an OPT-OUT program for the concession stand.  The cost is $50 if you only have one child in the program or $75 for a family with more than 1 child in the program.  Normally, you will have from the time registration begins until the middle of August to opt-out and turn in your money.  If you do not choose this option, you will be required to sign up and work a one hour shift, one shift for each child you have in the program, during the year in the concession stand.  Schedule of Home Games willb e given to your team parent and you will be able to decide what shift you want to work during your team's slots.  Shifts are usually before or after your child's game.  Fill out the attached Form with payment and mail to:  Nanci Villanueva  -  17805 SW Wright St, Aloha, OR  97007.
