guards to players
free of charge
 

Fitting dates and times

• Thurs, July 12, 2018 2pm - 4pm
• Mon, July 23, 2018 8am - 5pm

*charges may be incurred outside these dates/times

Please call for an appointment.

Mouth guards will be available for pick-up at our office
about one week after your appointment.
